Takes center stage at Auto China 2006
China's largest auto exhibition, Auto China 2006, was an ideal platform for Shanghai Automotive Industry Corporation (SAIC) to strengthen its corporate image and communicate its key message: it is China's most competitive auto group with global operation capabilities.
A tailor-made PR program including speeches, an unveiling ceremony for SAIC's first brand "Roewe" car, media interviews and a concert in partnership with the China National Symphony Orchestra helped differentiate SAIC from local and international competitors and share SAIC's development strategy with stakeholders.
Associating its car models with classical music effectively communicated SAIC's industry-leading position. The comprehensive communications program was instrumental in maximizing SAIC's media exposure.
