MK Lee Finance Director, China

As Finance Director of Hill & Knowlton (China), MK is responsible for overseeing the overall finance functions and leading the finance team in managing the daily finance and accounting activities of the company. Apart from financial and management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, audits, taxation, internal control, treasury and working capital management, his responsibilities also include driving business growth, providing finance advisories and supports to senior management and operating teams, review of contracts and agreements, and managing potential M&A activities.

Prior to joining Hill & Knowlton (China), MK had worked in different industrial sectors including publishing, logistics, construction and banking. With strong MNC background, his previous works had gained him substantial experience in the finance and accounting field including financial analysis, cost management, credit control, internal audit, business process improvement and supervision of joint venture performance.

MK holds a Bachelor of Business in Accountancy from RMIT University in Melbourne, Australia and he is a member of CPA Australia.
