Hill & Knowlton Launches Arts & Culture Sponsorship Service in China
Hill & Knowlton recently announced the launch of its Arts & Culture Sponsorship consultation service for corporate communications clients.
The new offering will provide counsel, strategic planning and management expertise in sponsorships, especially for those corporations looking to enhance and effectively position their brands in association with arts and culture.
"In response to this growing trend, Hill & Knowlton will offer this specialist service to provide companies with professional counseling on how to optimize communications through strategic sponsorship of arts and culture, " said David Zhao, Managing Director of Hill & Knowlton China.
In China, many international and domestic corporations sponsor arts and cultural events as part of their overall communications strategy. This service is especially relevant given the major sponsorship opportunities offered by the upcoming 2008 Beijing Olympic Games and the 2010 World Expo in Shanghai.
"Hill & Knowlton will help companies to design and implement their sponsorship plans and enhance their brand image under the larger umbrella of corporate communications, " said Claudia Sun, head of the newly launched Arts & Culture Sponsorship service.
Formerly a feature writer for the Arts & Culture column in Shanghai Daily, Claudia also worked as Assistant Director in the Cultural Development Department at Wenhui-Xinmin United Press Group, one of Shanghai's top media groups. Before joining Hill & Knowlton, Claudia studied at London's City University, earning a Masters degree in Arts Management.
With her solid understanding and expertise in arts and culture, together with her strong network in media, cultural organizations and government cultural departments, Claudia is a qualified advisor for your company's needs in Arts & Culture Sponsorship.
