Native English Polisher (Beijing) - Urgent 

  • Native English Speaker
  • 2-4 years working experience in PR/ Marketing industry
  • Familiar with media landscape
  • Basic Chinese writing skills
  • Background in journalism is preferred but not a must

Digital Planning Manager - Urgent

POSITION SUMMARY:

  • As a Digital Planning Manager, you will work closely with different functional teams to extend their clients’ campaign and event exposures into new media space
  • The key goal is to develop campaign ideas, to prepare proposals and to supervise project management in order to help clients to achieve their campaign objectives and business goals in both short run and long run
  • Will also be responsible to Identify and bring-in new digital initiative ideas to stakeholders and conduct regular digital training to other functional teams
  • You will report to the Digital Director- North Asia

CORE PREREQUISITES:

  • Excellent knowledge about digital market  (mainly online and mobile)
  • Excellent planning skills
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Good written skills in both Chinese and English, fluency in English
  • Excellent PowerPoint skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills in building relationship with client and internal teams
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.  Able to work within a matrixed-organization to influence peers

CLIENT INTERFACE:

  • The Digital Planning Manager will interface with senior marketing executive at the client business organization at the initial and development stage, overseeing Agency output according to expectations set. You will build relationships with key clients to enable efficacy of the Agency structure and to gain opportunities for business development

OPERATIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Understand the business dynamics, user behaviour and competitive environment so as to derive and execute the growth of digital strategy
  • Understand client’s business pain-points and opportunities and provide proactive recommendation and integrated marketing initiatives
  • Develop a positive and partnering relationship with all clients
  • Lead and monitor the status on regular basis. Responsible for sharing the latest update and requirements with the management team in the most updated fashion
  • Educate and encourage internal teams to identify new opportunities and initiatives. Create an environment to motivate all team members to support digital initiatives
  • Coordinate with the management team to develop best practices and case studies for sharing for business development and PR purpose
  • Lead workshops and learning sessions for staff and clients if necessary

Consultant

  • At least 5 years of consultancy, agency or in-house experience, or equivalent
  • Int'l agency background is preferred
  • Government (ministry of foreign affairs preferred) or Media background
  • Understanding of global issues and international relations (International relation work experience preferred)
  • Sole project management and team leadership experience
  • Experience in managing multiple accounts, budgets and programs
  • Ability to give strategic counsel to clients and senior management
  • Demonstrated track record in attracting new business and expanding current accounts
  • Ability to supervise contacts with government officials, media, academics, consultants and suppliers/vendors
  • Proven strong writing & oral skills in Chinese and English

Senior Account Executive

  • 2-3 years of PR agency/ in-house working experience
  • Familiar with media landscape (business, health, lifestyle) experience on health, cooperate communications
  • A definite advantage, journalist with is considered
  • Support team on on-going media relations & implementation work as will as new business development (health, cooperate clients)
  • Assistant in new business development
  • Build media relations
  • Good Chinese writing skills; good English (written and spoken) will be a strong advantage

Account Executive

  • AE with some experience in economic, international trade or business media and with interest in other industries
  • Good Chinese writing skills; good English (written and spoken) will be a strong advantage
  • Not afraid of working overtime
  • Good work ethics, team player
  • Logical
  • Organized
  • Conscientious & responsible
  • Has integrity
