Jessica Yu Director, Corporate Communication,  Beijing

Jessica Yu is the director in charge of corporate communication and she joined Hill and Knowlton in 2002. She leads client work on PetroChina, P&G corporate communication, Mercedes-Benz, Continental Airlines, JLL and Avery Dennison, etc. Through the years experiences in PR, she has accumulated rich public relations experience serving various international corporations and Chinese enterprises.

She has particular expertise in auto and energy industries, also provides strategic counsel and account management for a various clients.

Before joining H&K, Ms. Yu was director at Ruder Finn where she managed a range of consumer accounts that included Audi and Michelin. Prior to that she was a manager in the public relations and corporate communication department of Daimler Chrysler China Ltd., where she was extensively involved in media relations and brand promotion. She has also worked in the public relations and corporate communication department at Mercedes-Benz China Ltd.

Earlier in her career, Ms. Yu worked in different capacities - including as an economist - for several import and export companies within China.

Ms. Yu has an MBA from the American City University as well as a bachelor degree in economics from the University of International Business and Economics in Beijing. She is fluent in Mandarin and English and conversant in German.
